Return/Exchange Policies

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the merchandise to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered, dry-cleaned, or washed, and with all tags attached and receipts. Merchandise returned after 14 days or worn but defective will be accepted for store credit only.

No cash refunds in store.

Sale Items: All items designated as sale items or clearance are non-refundable. They may be returned for a size exchange or store credit.

Shoe Return Policy: We must ask that shoes not be worn outside if you are considering returning them. We are unable to resell them if worn outside. All shoes must be returned in unworn/new condition with original box and receipt within 14 days.

Please understand we are a small Boutique and do our very best to make everyone happy, but can't compete with the liberal return policies of the big Corp. stores. We can offer you a great shopping experience, quality products and a non commission sales environment.
